Shipping policy

Notice: We have different policies for our Embroidery and Screen Print options. 

Allow 15 business days for Embroidery items to be processed and shipped.

Allow 5 business days for Screen Print items to be processed and shipped.

FYL Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon request we will confirm date of delivery, shipping carrier and tracking information for the customer to investigate.
